How to make the Icons within my File Explorer be snapped to a Grid (It's floating like on a Desktop)

If the image attached correctly, this is what is currently happening within my File Explorer. If I click and drag a file, it will keep it stuck in that position until I open and close the same folder. This happens for every folder that I open using the File Explorer. This has been happening for the last few weeks. It's more of an inconvenience than a major problem. However it's just been rather annoying and I hope to find a away to fix it.
