Undoing Update Changes TOTALLY FROZEN

Upon powering up laptop, screen immediately showed a message that update couldn't be completed. Dont Turn off. I followed suggestions and now Laptop is froze saying couldnt complete updates, undoing changes. Dont turn off. But now that screen is frozen, for days. I cannot do anything. WINDOWS Key, F8, CONTROL ALT DELE, they all do NOTHING. I am working from my tablet.
