Is possible to boot windows without the Recovery partition?

Hello, I might have a problem here. Today I just converted my Windows 10 partition from MBR to GPT using Windows built in tools "MBR2GPT" after converting it to GPT, it appears there's a line says "Call WinReReapir to repair WinRE" after that "MBR2GPT: Failed to update Reagent.xml, please try manually disable and enable WinRE" so I went to type "reagentc /disable" then "reagentc /enable" when i enable reagentc it appears with "REAGENTC.EXE: Unable to update Boot Configuration Data" aside from that, this laptop does Not have Recovery partition because originally it's a Windows 7 then upgraded t
