Blue screen and buzzing sound

For the last few days weeks I have been getting a blue screen. Sometimes it doesn't and jsut lags my screen and ic ant do anything but blue screen is more frequent. Also when i try to open my laptop the lights on th epower is on but my screen is just black and i think it doesn't show the startup thing. I do not know what to do. The last blue screen came with buzzing laptop.I already have the latest version of windows and my drivers.
