how to adjust the G5 Game screen size to show the taskbar tnd menu bar area while playing the G5 game

I want to know if it is possible to adjust the size of G5 Game screens, from the Microsoft Store, to always show the taskbar below the game graphics and the same size area at the top of the screen while playing one of these games?Ruth
