VC_redist_x64.exe /layout not working

When trying to get the full Visual C++ Runtime package extracted by runningVC_redist_x64.exe /layoutas described on Redistributing Visual C++ Files and also in the help showing by "VC_redist_x64.exe /?"thenNOTHING happens and NO FILES are being extracted.Expected behaviour: The contents of the installer package should be extracted into the current directory.Used Installer: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
