How do get my Unused, formatted to NTFS USB which has 32GB free available on the "Where do you want to install Windows?" While booting from a separate

I'm trying to restore my laptop I haven't used in 3-4 years, I am confused to why the usb used to boot is appearing there but the USB with enough space (but unused) isn't. Can anybody help me? My laptop was broken for 3-4 years, hard drive is about to fail and is extremely slow to load the setup and everything else, but I'm confused why it won't load BOTH the USBs. The Built-in image uploader currently isn't working, so I'll try upload it soon and post it in the replies.
