Hi I can’t seem to be able to get my laptop to update. It has been 2019 since last updated so she may be a factor but hoping I can still get the laptop updated and runnings again.I’ve tried troubleshooting and it fixed an issue wi th updating windows but I can’t remember details.I used a link to try and download a new update I’m trying to attach photos of what updates I am trying to get and what my current update is.
