Toshiba Satellite C665 Ram Error

So, I bought a new DDR3 Ram (Which runs at 1600 mhz) but I want to underclock it to 1066 mhz (So it wont bsod bootloop), I cant go to safe mode or anything. And I dont see anything in the InsydeH20 (Ver 3.5) Bios, So is there anyway I can fix this?
