Please help my pc is stuck at startup screen since it got shut during a power outage .At the screen i can only see lenovo logo but no animation dots and it stays that way until i hard shut it 3 times to access advanced repair.I've tried local and cloud installation of windows they get interrupted.I don't have a restore point .and I've tried to startup repair but nothing seems to help.I have windows 10 and even updates don't get uninstalled.I've tried running it in safe mode of low resolution but it remains same.
