I can't set up my finger print sign-in. How to fix this??

It is showing as shown in the image I uploaded over and over again no matter how many times I try. When I am setting up the fingerprint sign in It scans my finger for a set number of times ( 4 to be exact) and then when I put my finger on the scanner for the fifth time it shows this message no matter how many times I try
