PROBLEM with Media audio and call audio in windows 10

When I upgraded from windows 11, my bluetooth headphones work when I am on call and I watch videos or youtube, but when I downgraded on windows 10, I can't hear the media audio anymore when I am on call. Anyone who can fix this?
