Ethernet keeps crashing when using the internet or loading into games on Roblox.

I use ethernet for my pc, I haven't had problems until my old motherboard broke and I had to get a new one along with a dual core processor (which might be creating troubles)Whenever I load into Roblox games or sometimes just opening multiple tabs on google my ethernet connection on task manager drops to zero and sometimes purely crashes the internet connection for my pc. I can fix this by entering sleep mode for a second but it doesn't fix it permanently.I have yet to try any fixes since I do believe it do be a performance issue.My specs are: I3 4170, 16gb RAM, SSD boot drive HDD storage driv
