Windows update Glitch/Blinking

I just booted up my computer and noticed my cursor had the blue circle blinking next to it so I thought I had a background app causing the problem only to find out that it is my Windows update tab doing this, I recently enabled TPM and secure boot to upgrade to windows 11 so not sure if that is the problem
