I am deploying Windows VMs to Azure with firewall open to allow traffic needed from and to Windows VM.Upon deploy the Inbound traffic is blocked in Windows Defender Firewall.I have tested multiple options with PowerShell, all do not produce an error message, but fail to allow inbound traffic.There is no security software enabled yet the only way to switch to allow is when manually done.Change needs to be part of a fully automated deploy.1. Why is PowerShell not able to make the change and no message is displayed?2. How can this be fixed.This is a Windows 2019 image deployed to Azure.Thanks
