Why my PC after a power loss if I restart the computer still have my Windows Session open with all my tabs and windows open like it did before the pow

This is a special one.My windows session and all my programs and openned windows are still there after the pc lose power and shutdown. Like I restart the pc and then my windows session ask for my password and all of the stuff that was open before the power loss is still there and open. Is there a way to turn this off? Thank you.
