HOW CAN I DELETE THE SECEND ENGLISH THAT IS NOT SHOWING IN SETTINGS

Hello everyone you see in my problem when im going to change the language there are 2 English and it's so annoying and even if i go to the settings it showing me ONLY ONE English this is so annoying i always have to add the English(Canada) and then delete it and after a restart, boom its back ;/
