I have multiple hard drives attached to my computer, including one with Windows installed on it for compatibility reasons with a few programs that only support Windows. I install it for that reason only, and because it performs better than running Windows in a VM. Every couple of months Windows will force an update that edits BIOS settings, or that overwrites the boot drive on a different hard drive!!!!!!! causing damage to my computer.
