Sometimes, when I turn on my computer, it will be very jittery. I noticed it initially in the way the cursor moves around the screen. Then, if I try to play a game or start to do anything too intense (opening too many apps), the computer will restart without warning and won't give me any error. I use Windows 11 on a new computer I built in September 2023. Once it has restarted, it works fine, and the issue only arises occasionally on start-up. I have no idea what's causing it, but I have tried factory resetting, reinstalling Windows, and updating my bios, but nothing works. Can you please help
