So a little while ago one of my external drives started to not work (a Samsung 970 Evo Plus), so I just bought a new drive and decided that was the end of that. But now I want to get it working again so I can get another terabyte of storage. Everytime I connect the external drive Windows Explorer becomes unresponsive and I cannot access the drive. One thing that may affect the issue is the fact that I technically have two D:\ drives. The new one which is working flawlessly, and this old one.
