How to rename files all at once in a particular order

Hi,I have a set of pictures I took with my Android phone. I want to put them into a specific order (example cover page 1 page 2 page 3 until the end to page 152) and then I want to put them in order and then covert them all (from cover to page 152) into a single PDF file. I want to know any web pages or YouTube videos that can tell me how to do this. Thanks.
