I'm not too sure what happened but I ended up getting locked out of windows with PIN for sign in was erased and no way change as the option takes me away for a second then back to sign in screen loop. When I try to reset using the function key when I startup or restart PC which takes me to the signin screen to the email I used to when I created my microsoft account and states that my password is incorrect. I tried changing it through my phone and that didn't work and neither does the option forgot my password it takes me on a null loop also. Help!!
