Each log-in to hotmail now I'm told to reset password as too many attempts made with incorrect PW, which is not accurate.

Each log-in to hotmail in past week or so I'm told to reset password as too many attempts made with incorrect PW, which is not accurate. Also I'm unable to have recently added bulk contacts auto-populate email address when trying to create an email using their name.
