New PC, same hard drive. Reinstall Windows and wipe the old drive. Reuse the product license key. Windows can't activate (error code: 0xC004C003). I click "troubleshoot" and then "I changed hardware on this device recently." The troubleshooter said that it couldn't use the key and asked me to sign into my microsoft account. It gave me an error code here, but I am not able to access it anymore as I have signed into my microsoft account. After signing in, I was told the following:"We can’t find any devices linked to your Microsoft account that can be used for reactivating the device you’re using
