Can't install windows on new system

I have recently bought a new out of the box ryzen 5 5500, on a gigabyte 550m d3sh MB, this is a Windows 64bit processor but I can't get to the install page. When I choose the 64bit install on my flash drive, it loads files then comes up with an error saying a recent software or hardware install is preventing windows from installing. Issue is, its a new out tof the box processor, board, ssd (sata) and 2 Tb hdd.. I can only think that perhaps the files or the flash drive itself are faulty? 0xc0000098
