Okay, so Windows on my wife's laptop decided to do an update yesterday. It was stuck for ages on 7% then went to "Restarting" but sat there for over an hour. Checking (reputable) sites on the internet, said to reboot - which I tried, but it went back to trying to install updates, said it was at 7% then went to Restarting and then sat there again for over an hour. Rebooted a second time and this time it came up with the "Cannot Complete Updates" and again sat like this for nearly an hour. Tried another reboot, it came back to this screen again but after about 20 minutes then said it was "Restar
