No network/internet options in windows 10

So i have recently bought a new pc, and after a while of troubleshooting things with the build, i finally got it working. I installed windows 10 without a product key, and during the setup, (where you make a password and choose internet connection) when it asked for internet options, there was nothing except ethernet.
