I have tiny icons next to dropdown menus of system "browse" folders. FIX??

This particular example is from the browse folder that pops up when I go to select a custom mouse cursor. However it does this with most browse folders and others as well I believe. As you can see the size of the icons in the specified area are ridiculously small. Any input on this issue??
