My Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 1850 is not showing up in Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center?

Hi, I bought a Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 1850 to work with the macro options on the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center (MMKC). However, when I connect the mouse, MMKC does not show the mouse. I have the latest MMKC and just bought this mouse this week so this is a brand new mouse. I tried to check the drivers and they are updated. Thanks for any help you can provide.
