I am running a high end NVME drive, but my PC boot in around 10 minutes. Windows fast boot is disabled, since it caches up a lot of stuff and gives me a blue screen after about a day or two of using. The fast boot option in BIOS is turned on. I narrowed down the problem to some drivers not loading while the PC is booting and they keep looping.
