Is there some kind of daily limit of fast downloading and moving files in OneDrive?

I moved many files in Onedrive today that always where some gb big. Most of the time it took a couple of minutes but suddenly it said that it would take an hour to move a folder that is 12gb big even tho my internet connection was good. Does Onedrive cap fast Downloading speed after reaching some kind of limit?
