Pc keeps freezing

My PC recently started to freeze randomly. When it happens i can move my mouse on the screen, i can see the cursor move, but the rest, everything else is freezed. It never happened before. I think it may be linked to having the app Discord or Valorant opened but its only a theory.Here are my PC specs :Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F 16Go RAMNVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060PRIME H510M-K
