Error 80070149 when trying to install update KB5005292

Hello I'm trying to install the update KB5005292 on windows server 2012 R2, every time that I tried using windows update I got the error 80070149.I also tried DISM /online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:pathtoKB5005292.msu but getting error 0x80070032 Any idea of what else can I try?
