I was clearing up some space on my computer and I accidentally deleted some system files, windows won't boot what do I do?

I foolishly deleted some system files while clearing up space on my computer and now it won't boot. it gives me an option to either turn off my pc or troubleshoot (no reset this PC option) I tried all the trouble shoot options and nothing works what do I do?
