Hi, After restarting or turning on my computer, I encounter an issue with low internet speed and high ping. I use a LAN cable to connect to the internet. The problem is temporarily resolved if I disable and then re-enable the network adapter. My motherboard is the Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. Z790 AORUS PRO X (U3E1), and the network adapter is the Realtek PCIe 5GbE Family Controller. Steps I Have Taken to Resolve the Issue 1.
