There's something wrong with my taskbar and setting

The taskbar won't work, even the menu start buttonI can use the apps fine but it won't show the icon on the taskbarI try go in the setting by using task mangager but it won't tooI can not open my image tooI try multiple ways like scf /scannow, reseting the computer(keep the file), restoreHealth but non of all work for me
