Why Does my mic no longer work after cleaning my setup?

Hi everyone so this is issue. I cleaned my whole setup today and unplugged everything so I could do a proper clean. I own a Shure MV7X that is connect to a Focusrite Scarlet Solo 3rd Gen. When I re plugged everything back in my volume for my mic was decreased severely. I tested a old mic and it works perfectly fine with phantom power but my Shure needs gain. I have to yell into my mic for any sound to be heard. How is it that it was working yesterday and now it’s super quiet?
