Windows 10 & 11 activation issue

I recently installed a new SSD, but I'm facing issues activating Windows. I linked my account, and when I troubleshoot and select "changed hardware," it doesn't allow me to activate from there. I've tried various methods to resolve this. This problem started on Windows 10, and I thought the free upgrade to Windows 11 would fix it, but it didn't. Does anyone have suggestions on what I could do to resolve this activation issue?
