Windows 2022 Server Evaluation license expiring a week after install.

We installed a windows 2022 standard server evaluation on a none internet connected environment and the server is stating the license has expired even though only 1 week has passed from install.How can this be rectified? We are evaluating the software and it is difficult to do so in a week.
