I keep getting blue screens on my laptop, what's wrong?

I have a DELL Inspiron 17 7779 laptop, lately I have gotten tons of stop code blue screens, I have consistently have had to reinstall Windows 10 and that doesn't solve the problem, I have uploaded a dump file to this comment to see what the issue is, I have uploaded all of my drivers on my PC and that hasn't solved the problem Microsoft OneDrive
