Why is my network speed limited in Windows 11???

I have tried EVERYTHING and my speed are limited to 10mbps, it says "Link speed (Recieve/Transmit): 10/10 (Mbps)" help ASAP. I have reinstall the network drivers like 10 times already and change the network apdapters settings (speed & duplex) as well and nothing works, is it something with the motherboard?
