Restoring my personal folders after moving them from (C:) to (D:)

Hey guys, i messed up big time. I was replacing my old HDD with two new SSD's and i wanted to use the smaller SSD for OS only while using the other for everything else. Unfortunately when i tried moving personal folders (Downloads, Pictures, Songs etc.) i moved them all to root and after extensive trying i still cant properly get them to restore, i did try some things but worked only halfways.
