Microsoft 3D viewer Preview in Explorer - Not Working when explorer window is on secondary monitor

I'm noticing a weird glitch using Windows 10 and the 3D Viewer software to preview OBJ files in the Windows File Explorer. It works perfectly fine when using it on my main monitor (1), but if I move the explorer window to one of my alternative monitors (2) or (3), the files will not load in the preview window anymore.Any ideas on a solution for this, or an alternative software for quickly previewing 3D files?
