Somehow my att.net account merged with Outlook and I need them separated or someone has to show me how to flip from one to another without issues

My outlook can not be reached unless I go to the bar and sign in there. If I just open Outlook or att.net, I can only get one att and not the full outlook. I use outlook for business and att as personalI am on windows 10.
