I'm stuck in Xbox game chat no matter if I switch and it says that on volume mixer on pc that the game bar volume is on 1?

I've tried everything on the internet but no matter what I do Xbox game bar won't let me talk or change the volume on volume mixer and when I go on Xbox app it says I'm stuck on mute ?
