Microphone and speakers are silent with certain VoIP clients, but function properly with everything else

Got an interesting one here. Quite sure this is a Windows issue, because I cannot replicate the behavior on any other non-Windows device.The Problem:When performing calls on certain VoIP clients, the microphone and speakers are silent. The dial tone and all other system sounds are audible, but once the call is connected, its as if no microphone or speaker is connected to the PC. Specifically, I am trying to perform outbound calls in Google Voice and HubSpot, and both behave the same.What's most strange, is that I have absolutely zero audio issues when using any other meeting client.
