Similar issue with cat log in too many failed attempts or shut downs.

No resolve to this issue, every two hours I've tried to log in with the same pin I've been using for years. I took it to a computer repair shop paid $130.00 and now it's worse still can't log in. Now what can I do . This is a HPIs this issus related to "Brand " or are people having this same issue. Mine is windows 10. Before I dump money into it I'll buy a windows 11, and hope it doesn't happen again.
