Windows 10 forgot the admin and username password stuck in blue screen boot loop

I think I’ve seen similar threads about this problem, but I haven’t seen anyone post what their screen looks like so I’m not sure if they had my same problem. At this point any advice/steps will help before I just turn to a professional
