Hi, I've recently seen my screen go black for a second or two and freeze briefly. I've heard this happened to many people's laptops so I didn't worry about it. Now my laptop kept on freezing a lot and the screen went black more than 3 times too. I cannot even open my files app or any other app. I bought this laptop only a few months ago from Best Buy. The model is Dell Inspiron 16 Plusand I've been keeping the system up to date as well. Only yesterday I had the Windows do the troubleshooting thing to see if there's any virus.
