Windows startup stuck on Dell Recovery

I have a problem with a Dell latitude 5290 running windows 10. On startup instead of windows initialising I get a Dell recovery screen which is offering options to create a recovery partition. There are 2 options 1. Backup, 2. Restore. I cannot find a way to get beyond this screen as I did not intend to do any recovery. I just want windows to startup.
